I received notice that I was facing a violation of probation out of Riverside Court and was facing up to 600 days in jail. The Judge wanted to take me into custody that day. My criminal defense attorney at Wallin & Klarich was able to keep me out on bail while the case was pending. My Wallin & Klarich lawyer presented evidence to the district attorney that showed him that I had not violated my probation. The district attorney handling my case realized that this evidence was not as reliable as he originally thought. My probation violation case was dismissed and I did not have to serve any time in custody.
