Scott T. Stotz is an experienced and passionate criminal defense attorney at Wallin & Klarich. Before entering the legal profession, Mr. Stotz spent 25 years serving the Inland Empire as an educator and school administrator. During that time, he developed a deep understanding of the challenges educators face and the pitfalls that can lead to legal concerns.
Mr. Stotz also served as a Volunteer Reserve Police Officer for 3 years, where he gained firsthand experience with law enforcement procedures through routine patrols, traffic enforcement, and a variety of field assignments. This insight into the criminal justice system enables him to effectively anticipate and address the issues that arise throughout a client’s case.
After graduating from the University of La Verne College of Law, Mr. Stotz was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2011. Since then, he has spent the last 15 years solely devoted to criminal defense, representing clients in hundreds of cases. His experience includes matters ranging from traffic offenses to serious felony charges, including assault with a deadly weapon, drug possession, and sex-related offenses.
